Rubber Mulch in a firing range

Rubber Mulch for Backstops, Aprons, and More

Adams Arms of Odessa Florida recently added a firing range to their facility and Everlast was fortunate to supply the ballistic rubber for the project. Additionally, we were given a tour of their 60k square foot state of the art manufacturing facility and we were impressed! The entire team at Adams Arms was welcoming and proud to show us what their unique combination of quality control, well thought out practical design, and first rate non compromising engineering were all about.

Adams chose to use a shipping container for their test range. They lined the ceiling and walls with rubber chips as well as the backstop. The rear wall was reinforced and conveyor belting was used to mitigate splash and sound. They added vents, lighting, and a couple of shooting benches for a very nice test range

As innovators in piston driven AR platform design their dedication to quality and reliability were inspiring. In an environment of mass produced weapons for a clamoring public, Adams Arms stands above the rest by constantly driving for lighter, reliable, user friendly designs that give the shooter what they want and need. I wish I could share with you some of the new items being developed! This company is going to continue to impress with lighter, smarter, and more reliable components. I had the pleasure of shooting their piston driven AR 15 and what a pleasure. The unit was light, well balanced, and extremely fast. The fit and finish on each component was impeccable; the unit ran flawlessly!
